Michael Almeida’s Secret Sauce
1.
The way I interpret knowledge. I like to think
that I understand how different things may correlate in not just one way, but
another creative perception.
2.
I am a very social person. I like talking to
people, especially when I do not know anything about the person.
3.
I am a very discipline person when it comes to things that I am passionate about. I try to find time to manage between work and my hobbies.
4.
I try to understand why people do what they do.
I try to relate to what they may have gone through. I recollect different
emotions when I try to understand people.
5.
I’m a stubborn person. When I know, or when I
think I am right over something, one must prove me wrong with evidence or I will
not budge.
2. Links to interviews:
Each person was given a set of questions to answer via email
and then recorded their answers.
3. Well this is my family and I knew my mom was going to go
a little bit overboard. Some of the qualities they mentioned I never really
thought about having. I may perceive them as day to day things that I do, but
to my uncle, he took notice to the miniscule traits he pointed out. I am with
my interviewees 100%, I think they gave an honest and relatable assessment. I
wouldn’t make any corrections to my list, but I will for sure take note on the
small traits that they elaborated on.
Hi Michael! Overall, I really liked how you were able to specifically identify traits you thought were the most important. I was impressed that you can be social and approachable to people but you can still be disciplined when you have things to do. For the most part, I think your self-evaluation correlated with your families' which is always encouraging. As I know from doing this assignment, family can go overboard in listing small traits, but I liked how you looked at the overall picture.
ReplyDeleteHey Michael,
ReplyDeleteYou definitely have great qualities to be a successful entrepreneur. I also see myself as sociable and outgoing but struggle to find the same level of discipline. My mom also went overboard on my interview lol. I think you did a very solid job because your testimony fits with your interviews.
I also respect how you are staying true to yourself and not making any corrections on your list.
DeleteMy list and unique qualities are almost the same as yours. My mom also goes overboard when I talk about stuff like this or ask her something similar. Our moms tend to have a different perspective than us. Good job and I too did not think corrections needed to be made to mine. It is like the people close to us really know us.
